My big girl is 4!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JENIKA!!!
I cant believe my big girl is 4!!! She is just so big!!! She loves to do lots of different things. She loves to go fishing and loves to help her dad with whatever he is doing!!! She loves to dance and loves to go to dance class!! She loves sports like tee ball and soccer!!! She loves to go snowmobiling and loves riding her little four wheeler and teaching her brother how to ride it!! She is now a sunbeam and loves it!! She loves to learn and cant wait to go to preshool!! She has done so much in her little life, it is so amazing how much and how fast they learn. She loves to help mom do everything, and loves to help teach Marshall. I couldn't ask for better, cuter big girl!!!!!

Our fun little pizza making party!!
I was making pizza for dinner when Jenika came in and wanted to help so she jumped up there, washed her hands and started helping. She did so good all I had to do was roll out the dough and she did the rest. She had so much fun then Marshall came and started helping it was funny because he kept throwing the toppings at the pizza!! Marshall got a bunch of flour on his shirt and I was trying to take a picture of it so I was kneeling on the floor so he did, then I changed positons and he followed, then I stood up and kinda bent over sideways to take his picture so he did it was so cute!! And he made a mess out of himself!!

My Moms 50th birthday party!!!

This year was alot of fun because we threw her a surprise party. Every year we try to surprise her and it always get ruined, but this year we pulled it off and it was crucial because it was her 50th so it had to be the best surprise!!! We made her favorite mexican food and everyone waited in the church for them to arrive so we could start singing happy birthday when they walked in. It was awesome her face turned bright red!! I planned some games to play so we played pin the tail on the donkey, the balloon popping game and I made up a frisbee toss game. I think everyone had fun!!! Dede made the cake it was the shape of a 50 and it had 50 candles on it (Sandy informed us after we lit the candles you aren't supposed to light canldes in the church OOOOPPS!!) We had trick candles so it tokk her and all the kids helping her to get them to go out but not all of them would go out so we had to pull them off and put them in water, Lots of fun!!!

This is after I went to the foot Dr. and they had to remove my whole toe nail!! Gross huh?? It hurt so bad!!! It's doing alot better these days I just cant wait till the nail grows back!!

Draper Temple

The Temple was very pretty, I am glad that Kendra called and invited me to go with them. It was funny because I barely caught up with them because I parked in the wrong parking lot (they weren't marked) so we got on a different bus and went through the temple by ourselves, which wasn't too bad. Then at the end when we went into the church to get refreshments we ran into Kendra and her kids and Suzanne and her kids. It was nice to see them. Then we went outside to take pictures and it was way windy and Marshall wsa so mad at me about something I dont even know what and he kept hitting me. I wished I could have gone to lunch with them also but I had to go all the way back up to Ogden to go to the foot Dr.

Fun stuff all around!!

Guitar Hero,

We have 2 guitars so everytime I play my kids want to play so bad they always sit there and say "I want to rock mom" So I let them play with the extra guitar while I play they love it. My little rock stars!!!

My kids are so funny, the other day while I was downstairs painting the drawers for my closet Jenika was playing in Marshalls little tikes car, she pulled up and told Marshall, "give me a #2 with Dr. Pepper so me and a chicken nuggets with a orange drink for my kids and fries" it so hilarious I laughed so hard!!!

A Different bed for Marshall

I swear after you buy something you always see something you like better. A week after I bought Marshalls bed, I saw this other bed, it is way cuter and better, so my friend works at rcwilley and I asked her how long I had till I couldnt exchange it and she said I had 2 weeks. She works in customer service and does the returns and everything so she ordered the bed so I could look at it before I bought it to make sure I liked it better and I did so she did the return and everything for me, it was so awesome, it was the best return ever, I didnt have to explain myself or feel stupid or anything!!! It was awesome, so thank you Stephanie!!

The Closet

It's done, it's done!!! I am so EXCITED and HAPPY!!! The closet looks so good, I cant believe how much better it feels in there. They should build every closet with more shelving and hanging space. Before our closet looked and felt so full you couldn't do anything in there, now it looks so much emptier, so much more room,I need to go through and organize everything still, I just put things in there to get them back in there and out of the rest of my house!! The built in dresser is AWESOME!! it is so nice to not have a dresser in my closet anymore. I love the double shirt racks, it saves so much more space, and love my pants shelves, and the shoe shelves, I just love the whole closet!!! Thank You Kendall, what a great christmas present I love you!!!!

Today was a good day!!

Helping dad put together his big boy bed!!!

He is very excited to have a big boy bed!!

I am disapointed that we didn't get anything done on my closet tonight, but I am so excited we sold our truck!!!! Super yay!!!! And we put together Marshall big boy bed, which by the way he is asleep in right now, without getting out of bed or crying at me (i figured if I sat in here on the computer till he fell asleep he would see me and fall asleep, which he did) So awesome. So needless to say I am a very happy person right now.

CLOSET UPDATE!!

We are getting really close to being done with the closet here are a couple pics of the shelves we did the other day, we need to finish a couple more and prep and paint, then it will be done, I CANT WAIT!!!

Wall E

This is kind of a funny blog, but this is my snowblower!!! It is so old, it's probably older than I am!!! When Kendall bought it home 6 years ago it didn't run and I was like why did you bring that home?? But he fixed it this year and it works pretty good, and makes snow removal a little better than just shoveling. Besides we need a new shovel because our shovel has about had it, the metal in the middle is gone and it's wearing away!! The snowblower even has chains on the tires just in case it gets stuck LOL!!! When I was snowblowing my driveway yestarday I looked down at it and thought man this thing is old, it looks old, I think it looks kinda like Wall E so from now on I am going to call it Wall E!!! I think it's so funny when I am outside snowblowing because all of these big guys have these tiny "snow throwers" and I am little and have this HUGE snowblower that is way bigger than I am!!! They kinda look at me funny maybe it's because the snowblower is so old!! So I must say I am pretty proud of myself, because when I was snowblowing my driveway today in the middle of it my snowblower quit driving, the motor was on and everything, but the wheels wouldn't turn so I thought well I dont just want to leave it in the middle of the driveway and wait for Kendall and I dont want to have to try to drag it into the garage because it's so HUGE and HEAVY. So I just looked at it and said "i think I can figure this out" so I looked at it and actually figured it out, then I loaded up the kids went to Lowes, got the parts and fixed the wheel!!! So I finished the driveway and the sidewalks!! It might be an old snowblower, but at least it works!!! So thats my story ENJOY!!

My CLOSET

It's coming along pretty well now. After about 50 coats of mud. (just kidding, more like 5 coats of mud) We could finally start building the closet shleves ect. Thank you to Kendall, for building my closet. To Gary, Kyle, and Tyler who all came and helped Kendall the other day to work on the closet and the Laundry room. Kendall got alot further with all the help than if we were just doing it ourselves. Well the kids love to help also, even though Marshall always runs away with all the tools and just so happens to be right where we are working all the time, at least he is helping a learning from his dad. I cant wait till tomorrow when we can work on it some more and I cant wait till it's done. Then I need to do my kids closets next.

NEW YEARS EVE

Bodie and Jen came over to hang out on new years eve, Karwin and Suzanne stopped by for a little while, we played a couple board games and then we played guitar hero. It was lots of fun, Marhsall only stayed up until 10:30 and Jenika stayed up as long a s we did, she went to bed at 12:30. We were having fun playing guitar hero and didn't want to stop so we had to limit ourselves to 12:30 and then we had to go to sleep. Jenika has stayed up till midnight ever new years since she was 18 months old.
