Almost Birthday time!

Since it's almost Jenikas birthday and I am running out of time to get things finished before her birthday and before her baby sister comes. Since I finally finished school and have time I have been able to work on her super cute birthday crown, I am finally finished and she just loves it!

It's been a while I know!

Sorry it's been so long since I have posted anything, I was busy with finishing up my highschool education so I can graduate finally! It took me quite a little while but I am finally done and will graduate in June!! I'm so excited and relieved to finally be done! As most of you know we are almost ready to meet the newest blessing being added to our family/home any day or week now, we are all very excited! I will try to post more often!

My favorite little corner or the house, and my new toy!

So this is my new toy... my sewing machine! It is awesome and sews so well and so smooth I just LOVE it! It does tons of different stitches and it's amazing! I got it for Christmas and my birthday, it is truely the gift that keeps on giving. I was feeling a little guilty (because it costs so much) having that much money spent on me but then I got to thinking about who do I sew for? Everyone else! So I figured you know what it benefits everyone else so it's not so bad spending so much! I have found so much cute stuff to make lately I'm trying not to go broke and making things one at a time and as I have a little extra money so here are a few things I have made......... This is my new favorite corner or the house, it is in my bedroom because I wish my basement was finished I might have a little more room for things, but we are working on it!

Things I have made recently

Ok so I know I need to quit looking (and stealing) all the fun things I see on other peoples blogs but when I saw this I just had to make it for Marshall!! He just LOVES cars and is always running around making car noises acting like a racecar. We always have quite a few cars in the bottom of the church bag and usually a couple in each vehicle that he insists on bringing with him so when I saw this it was perfect! He can now bring 6 cars with him whenever he wants and it doesn't make such a mess...............LOVE IT!! I took this pic of him after I finished making it, he loved it!

A CTR towel I made for my nieces baptsim, I saw this on someones blog somewhere and thought it was such a cute easy idea to make... so I did! I saw these cute little baby doll diapers on another blog and had to make them for Jenika. She has always asked me to buy her babies diapers now I'm glad I found this so I can just make them and they are way cuter and wont get worn out so fast!

I'm not sure if it's a good or bad thing but Marshall LOVES to go snowmobiling!! He asks me at least once a day if we can go snowmobiling. He is so addicted already! Jenika loves it also. It's a good thing we all like to go and like to go so often so they can enjoy what thier daddy loves with him!

On the way

Well since most people know already, we are expecting a new addition to the family that we are all very excited about! We just hope everything works out well so we can meet our new family member. I am due March 1st 2010! Which is also Jenikas birthday so it will be interesting to see when the baby will actually be born, however it would be fun to have them on the same day! The kids are very excited for a new brother or sister! We dont really have prefference on what we want, because you get what you get! And you get what you need! And YES we will find out what it is so we will let everyone know when we know!

Our little golfers

It seams like Jenika has done just about everything this year!! She finished soccer, played t-ball, danced, ran a couple kid races and ......GOLFED!! When I went to pick up Kendall and I's race packets for the Ogden Marathon I went to this one booth and they said something about young kids golf. They usually start lessons at 6 or 7 years old but I was excited when I heard about their 4-6 year olds class, so I signed Jenika up because I LOVE golf! I'm not very good but, who is when you only play a couple times a year anyway!! She did so good, she has a pretty good swing. They would get some tips from the coach and he would teach them at the begining of every class then they broke off and tried different ways to use what they learned. I had to take Marshall with us on the last lesson, at least Kendall made it to that one, but Marshall grabbed a club and wanted to play also, so everytime Jenika would hit a ball he would say "Marshalls turn" and he would go hit a ball, it was so cute, and he did pretty well also!
